Know where your balance goes.
How KOCRelay settles orders per post, returns unused funds to your wallet balance, and handles top-ups and withdrawals.
Last updated: October 19, 2026
KOCRelay works on a prepaid wallet. This policy explains when money comes back to you, where it goes, and what cannot be refunded.
Where refunds go
Every order refund is returned to your KOCRelay wallet balance, where you can use it for new orders.
We do not refund to the original payment method (card, Binance Pay, Cryptomus or TON wallet). If a card payment is refunded through the card processor, see “Top-ups”.
Wallet refunds appear in your transaction history as order refunds. A returned coupon does not create a transaction.
How an order is charged
When you place an order, its amount (after any coupon) is held from your balance. When the order is settled, you pay only for the posts counted, and the rest is returned to your wallet balance.
- All posts counted
- Charged in full. Nothing is returned.
- Some posts counted
- Charged in proportion to the posts counted; the remainder is returned. For example, if 6 of 10 posts are counted, 60% is charged and 40% is returned. Amounts are rounded to the cent.
- No posts counted
- The full amount is returned and the order is cancelled.
A post is counted once it has passed review and its retention check. You are not charged for a post that is turned down at any step or deleted during the retention check. If an order ends early, posts that publishers are already working on, or that are in review, finish their review first, including the retention check; the order is then settled for the posts counted. Orders placed before these review steps were introduced are settled under the rules in place when they were ordered.
If our team ends an order after confirming that its posts were delivered, even though not every link went through review in the order, we may close it as completed and charge it in full. If you think an order was closed this way by mistake, contact us.
Cancelling an order
While an order is still being set up, you can cancel it at any time and the full amount is returned.
Once the order is live, you can cancel it within 1 hour of placing it, as long as no publisher has taken any of its posts. The full amount is returned, and a coupon used on the order comes back.
After that hour, or once any post has been taken by a publisher (even if it was later given up), the order can no longer be cancelled. An order that is completed or cancelled cannot be cancelled either.
If KOCRelay ends an order early, it is settled per post as above unless it is closed as completed. For example, we may end an order that has gone a long time without being completed. The result is shown in the order and in your transaction history.
Coupons, rewards and commission
A coupon covers the cost of an order first. The coupon is returned only if no posts were counted, and it keeps its original expiry date; an expired coupon is not restored. Once any post is counted, the coupon counts as used.
Instead of using a claimed coupon on an order, you can redeem it for the same amount in your wallet balance. Redeemed amounts can only be spent on orders and cannot be withdrawn.
Top-up rewards, and invite commission you transfer to your balance, can only be spent on orders.
Invite commission is earned only on orders placed while the inviter is an active agent, and only on the amount actually charged from the wallet — not on the part covered by a coupon or returned. Commission can be transferred to your balance at any time; the transfer cannot be reversed.
Top-ups
Top-ups add funds to your wallet. They are not refunded to the original payment method; unused balance stays in your wallet.
You can cancel a top-up only while it is still pending payment. Once paid, it is credited to your wallet; a payment that arrives after a top-up expired or was cancelled may still be credited.
Card top-ups are charged at the listed card price, which may include a processing fee; your wallet receives the listed credit.
Crypto payments must be sent in the exact amount and on the network shown at checkout. For Binance Pay, your wallet is credited with the top-up amount you chose: the small unique adjustment added to the payable amount and any overpayment are not credited, and an underpaid payment is not credited automatically but reviewed manually. For Cryptomus, your wallet is credited with the USD amount actually received.
If a card payment is refunded, the matching share of the credit is deducted from your wallet balance, which can become negative. Chargebacks are reviewed case by case, and we may deduct the disputed amount manually.
Withdrawals
Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn.
Only active agents can withdraw from their commission wallet, in USDT (BEP20), subject to the minimum amount and fee shown before you submit.
Withdrawals are reviewed. A rejected withdrawal is returned in full to the commission wallet.
Questions about a refund
Check the order status and your transaction history first. If something looks wrong, contact us through the channels on our Contact page with your order number or top-up reference, and the affected post links for delivery questions.
