KOCRELAY / How it works

Your words. Their next post.

You write each post and set account conditions. Independent publishers publish; the platform and you check each post, and you pay per post counted.

THREE PARTIES, ONE ORDER

Who does what
in every order.

A sponsored post order has three parties. Knowing who is responsible for what is the quickest way to understand what you are buying, and what you are not.

01 · YOU

You set the terms and write the posts

  • Choose the platform, format and package: a Binance Square short post or article, or an X post.
  • You set account conditions, not individual accounts: follower tier, account age, country, language and, on X, verification, as far as the package offers them.
  • Supply every post yourself: each one carries its own copy, articles need a title, and images can be JPG, PNG or WebP where the package allows them.
  • Check facts, links and any sponsorship disclosure before you order. The posts go out as supplied.
02 · PUBLISHERS

Publishers claim and publish

  • They are independent people who have linked a Binance Square or X account. They are not our employees or agents.
  • Only accounts that meet your conditions can claim a post, and each person can take at most one post per order.
  • They publish your copy from their own account, without rewriting it.
  • They submit the post link and a screenshot for review.
03 · KOCRELAY

KOCRelay reviews and settles

  • Opens your posts only to accounts that meet the conditions you set.
  • Runs a platform check on every submitted link and screenshot, then passes the post to you to review.
  • Re-reviews any post you reject, and sends a post that is turned down back so another publisher can take it.
  • Settles the order per post that counts and returns the rest to your wallet balance.

FROM ORDER TO SETTLEMENT

Every status
your order passes through.

Your order page tracks two things: the status of the order as a whole, and the stage of each post inside it. These are the same names you will see there.

  1. Before you payYOU

    Configure and place the order

Pick the platform, format and package, set your conditions and the quantity, up to 100 posts per order, and add the copy for each post. The order summary shows the total before you confirm. When you place the order, its amount, after any coupon, is held from your wallet balance.

  2. PreparingKOCRELAY

The order is being set up

KOCRelay sets up your posts so that qualifying publishers can claim them. You can still cancel at this point for a full return to your wallet balance.

  3. Awaiting publisherPUBLISHERS

    Posts wait to be claimed

The order is now In progress. Each post is open to publishers who meet your conditions. If you set a publishing pace, posts are released in batches over the days or interval you choose, starting right away, and any post not yet claimed stays open. There is no bidding, and no set time by which a post will be claimed.

  4. In productionPUBLISHERS

    Claimed and being published

A publisher has claimed the post and is publishing your copy from their own account. If they give the post up, it goes back to Awaiting publisher for someone else.

  5. Under reviewKOCRELAY · YOU

    Link submitted, under review

The publisher submits the post link and a screenshot. A platform check compares them with your copy first and sends clear mismatches back. The post then waits for your review: approve it, or reject it with a reason, within 24 hours; if you do nothing, it is approved automatically. If you reject it, our team re-reviews it and makes the final call. A post that is turned down does not count and goes back to Awaiting publisher, so a different publisher can publish it.

  6. PublishedKOCRELAY

    Retention check, then counted

An approved post then goes through a 7-day retention check. If it is still live at the end, it counts as delivered, and its link and screenshot stay in your order; if it was deleted in the meantime, it does not count and goes back for another publisher. When every post has counted, the order is Completed and settled; if it ends earlier, it is settled per post that counts.

A WORKED EXAMPLE

One order of 20 posts,
two ways it can end.

The numbers below are only an illustration; your own order page shows the real counts. Whatever happens, the charge is a share of the order amount: the amount × posts counted ÷ posts ordered, rounded to the cent.

  • Published 12
  • Under review 3
  • In production 2
  • Awaiting publisher 3
  1. The order opens

You place an order for 20 Binance Square short posts, each with its own copy. All 20 start in Awaiting publisher.

  2. One post is rejected

Post #16 fails review. It does not count, goes back to Awaiting publisher and is claimed again by a different publisher. It is still one post, so it is never charged twice.

  3. A snapshot midway

12 posts are Published, 3 are Under review, 2 are In production and 3 are still Awaiting publisher.

ENDING A

You let it run

The remaining posts are claimed, published, approved and pass the retention check over time. When all 20 count, the order is Completed and charged in full.

20 of 20 count · nothing returned
ENDING B

The order is ended early at the snapshot

The order is ended early at this point, for example because it went too long without being completed. The 12 published posts count. The 3 Under review finish their review first, including the retention check; say 2 of them pass and 1 is turned down. Say the 2 In production are not submitted, and the 3 Awaiting publisher are no longer offered, so none of those 5 counts. You are charged 14/20 of the order amount, the share for the other 6 returns to your wallet balance, and the order ends as Partial. The order is settled once those posts have finished, and the unused share is returned at that point.

MONEY IN, MONEY BACK

Held when you order.
Charged per post counted.

KOCRelay runs on a prepaid wallet. When you place an order, its amount, after any coupon, is held from your wallet balance; if the balance is short, the order page shows how much to top up first. Nothing else is taken during delivery.

At settlement you are charged for the posts that count, and the unused share returns to your wallet balance. A post counts once it has passed review and its retention check, so a post that is turned down or deleted along the way is not charged. If the order ends early, posts already being published or in review finish their review first, including the retention check.

Returns go to your wallet balance only, never to your original payment method, and wallet balance cannot be withdrawn.

WHEN THINGS DON’T GO TO PLAN

What happens
when plans change.

Most questions come up when something does not go as expected. These are the rules for each case, in the same words as our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

A post is rejected in review

It does not count and goes back to Awaiting publisher, so another publisher can publish it; you are not charged for the rejected attempt.

Posts stay in Awaiting publisher

There is no delivery deadline. Speed depends on when publishers who meet your conditions take the posts, and on your publishing pace; the stricter the conditions, the fewer accounts qualify. Posts that are never submitted do not count at settlement. If an order goes a long time without being completed, it can be ended early: you are charged only for the posts that count, and the rest returns to your wallet balance.

You want to stop midway

You can cancel only within 1 hour of placing the order and before any publisher has taken a post; the full amount then returns to your wallet balance. Once a post has been taken, or after that hour, the order can no longer be cancelled and runs until it is delivered or ended.

Your balance is too low

The order page shows how much to top up before you can place the order; top up, then place it. You can top up with Binance Pay, Cryptomus, or TON.

A post is deleted

During the 7-day retention check, a deleted post does not count and goes back to Awaiting publisher, so you are not charged for it. Once a post counts, we no longer monitor it: if the publisher or the platform deletes, hides or restricts it after that, it is not re-delivered or refunded. Keep your own record of the links in your order.

Your copy needs a disclosure

Posts are published as supplied: we do not edit your copy or check it for accuracy or legality before publishing. Any sponsorship disclosure your market requires is your responsibility, so write it into the copy. Vary the wording between posts, because identical text across many accounts may be flagged as spam.

KOCRelay ends the order

If KOCRelay ends an order early, it is settled per post in the same way, and the rest returns to your wallet balance. Per-post settlement has one exception: if our team ends an order after confirming its posts were delivered, even though not every link went through review in the order, it is closed as completed and charged in full. If you think that happened by mistake, contact us.

The posts get little attention

We do not guarantee views, reach, engagement, ranking or sales. Delivery means a published post that passed review and the retention check, not a performance result.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

What you control,
and what you don’t.

Sponsored posting through independent accounts gives you control over the message and the conditions, not over individual people or the audience.

You decide

  • The platform and format. Binance Square short posts or articles, or X posts, within the packages on offer.
  • The conditions. A minimum follower tier, account age, country, language and, on X, verification, where the package offers them; picking countries or languages can add a surcharge.
  • The pace. A publishing pace releases posts in batches over the days or interval you choose.
  • The words. Every post is published as supplied, so what you write is what appears.
  • When to stop. You can cancel within 1 hour of placing the order, as long as no post has been taken yet.

You don’t decide

  • Which accounts. Your conditions decide who qualifies; whether to take a post is up to each publisher.
  • When posts are claimed. Publishers decide which posts to take and when.
  • How the audience responds. Delivery is a published post, not a performance result.
  • What happens after a post counts. Publishers and platforms can delete or restrict posts later.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Questions about the process.

All questions

Is content creation included?

This service publishes content you provide. Prepare the final copy and any supported media before placing an order.

What should I prepare before submitting?

Publish-ready text, working links and supported images. Check claims and any required sponsorship disclosures before you submit.

How do I follow delivery?

Your order shows each submitted post link and its review stage, and highlights the posts waiting for your review. Settled charges and eligible wallet returns appear in your transaction history.

Which platforms and formats can I publish?

Binance Square short posts and articles, and X posts. Available account tiers and content limits depend on the current packages.

Can I choose which accounts publish my posts?

No. You set account conditions, not individual accounts: a minimum follower tier, account age, country, language and, on X, verification, as far as the package offers them. Any publisher who meets them can claim a post, and each person can take at most one post per order.

How long does delivery take?

There is no fixed delivery time. Posts are published as qualifying publishers claim them, within the publishing pace you set, and stricter conditions leave fewer accounts that qualify. We do not promise a delivery date.

What happens if a post fails review?

It does not count and goes back to Awaiting publisher, so another publisher can publish it. The same applies at every step: the platform check, a re-review after you reject it, and the retention check.

Do I need to review each post myself?

It is worth a quick look. After the platform check, each post waits for your review for 24 hours: approve it, or reject it with a reason such as wrong content or wrong account. If you do nothing, it is approved automatically. If you reject a post, our team re-reviews it, and that decision is final.

Can I cancel after publishing has started?

No. Once a publisher has taken any post, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Can I change my copy after placing an order?

No. Once the order is placed, the copy of every post in it is fixed. If you need different wording, cancel the order while cancellation is still allowed and place a new one.

When is my wallet charged?

The order amount, after any coupon, is held from your wallet balance when you place the order. At settlement you are charged for the posts that count, the amount × posts counted ÷ posts ordered, rounded to the cent, and the rest returns to your wallet balance. Per-post settlement has one exception: if our team ends an order after confirming its posts were delivered, even though not every link went through review in the order, it is closed as completed and charged in full. If you think that happened by mistake, contact us.

Where does returned money go?

To your wallet balance only, never to your original payment method. You can use the balance for new orders, but it cannot be withdrawn.

What proof do I get for each post?

Each submitted post shows its link and a screenshot in your order, so you can check them when you review. For Binance Square posts, the screenshot shows the account’s profile page.

What if a post is deleted later?

Approved posts go through a 7-day retention check first. A post deleted during that time does not count and goes back to Awaiting publisher, at no cost to you. Once a post counts, we no longer monitor it, so a post deleted, hidden or restricted after that is not re-delivered or refunded.

Do published posts guarantee results?

No. We do not guarantee views, reach, engagement, ranking or sales. Delivery means a published post that passed review and the retention check.
