These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KOCRelay website and workspace ("KOCRelay", "we", "us"). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
About these Terms
By signing in, topping up your wallet or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use KOCRelay.
If you use KOCRelay on behalf of a company or brand, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By using KOCRelay you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You can sign in with your email address and a password, your Google account, or a crypto wallet. You are responsible for keeping your password, Google account and wallet secure, and for all activity under your KOCRelay account.
Do not share your account, use someone else's account, or create multiple accounts to claim promotions, invite rewards or commission more than once.
The service
KOCRelay lets brands submit prepared content that is published by independent publishers on supported platforms — currently Binance Square (short posts and articles) and X (posts). Available platforms, packages, account requirements and prices may change; the package, options and price shown when you place an order apply to that order.
Publishers are independent publishers, not our employees or agents. They choose which tasks to take, within the account requirements of your package and the options you select. You cannot choose a specific publisher or account.
Orders have no fixed delivery time. How fast an order is delivered depends on when publishers take its tasks. If you choose drip-feed, posts are released to publishers in batches, spread over the number of days or at the interval you chose, and released posts that no one has taken yet stay available. Drip-feed limits how fast the order can be delivered; it does not set the time any post is published.
We do not guarantee any views, reach, engagement, ranking, sales or other results from published posts.
KOCRelay is used through its website workspace. We do not provide keys or integrations for connecting other software to your account, and you may not access the service with scripts or other automated means.
Wallet and top-ups
KOCRelay works on a prepaid wallet. You top up your wallet and orders are paid from your balance.
Card checkout, Binance Pay and Cryptomus top-ups are processed by third-party payment providers; TON payments are sent from your own wallet on the TON network. The methods available to you are shown in your wallet. We do not receive your full card number. Any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, exchange or network are yours to bear.
Crypto payments must be sent in the exact amount, on the network and with any memo or comment shown at checkout. We are not responsible for funds sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or in the wrong amount; how such payments are credited is described in the Refund Policy.
Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn and is not refunded to the original payment method.
If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, or if funds were credited by mistake or obtained through abuse of these Terms, we may deduct the matching amount from your wallet balance.
Orders and content
You choose a package and submit the content to be published. An order can include up to 100 posts, and each package sets its own limits for text length, title and images; content outside these limits cannot be submitted.
Content is sent to publishers as you submit it. We do not edit it or check it for accuracy or legal compliance before it is published. Check your content, links and images before you place the order.
You are responsible for your content: that it is accurate and lawful, that you have the rights to everything in it, and that it complies with the rules of the platform where it is published.
You are responsible for any disclosure required for paid or sponsored content — for example a label showing that the post is an advertisement or a paid promotion — under the laws that apply to you and the platform's rules.
We may refuse, cancel or end an order at any time, including if we believe it breaks these Terms, the law or a platform's rules. How such an order is settled is described in the Refund Policy.
Delivery and review
A publisher posts your content and submits the post link and a screenshot. A platform check first compares them with your content and the order conditions; a clear mismatch is sent back so another publisher can take the post.
The post then comes to you for review. You can approve it, or reject it with a reason, within 24 hours; if you do nothing, it is approved automatically. If you reject it, our team re-reviews it, and the re-review is final.
An approved post then goes through a retention check of 7 days. A post that is still live at the end counts as delivered; a post deleted during that time does not count and goes back so another publisher can take it. You can follow each post’s stage in your order.
If an order ends early, posts already being published or in review finish their review first, including the retention check, and the order is settled as described in the Refund Policy.
Once a post counts, we no longer monitor it. If it is later deleted, hidden or restricted by the publisher or the platform, it is not re-delivered or refunded.
Refunds
Orders are settled per post and unused amounts are returned to your wallet balance, not to the original payment method. The full rules for cancellations, settlement, coupons and top-ups are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Coupons and top-up rewards
Coupons and top-up rewards are promotional. Their amounts, conditions and validity are shown in your account when they are issued.
Coupons must be claimed before use. A claimed coupon can be applied to one order — one coupon per order, on an order whose price is at least the coupon value — or redeemed to your wallet balance, where it can only be spent on orders and cannot be withdrawn. A coupon returned under the Refund Policy can be used again. Expired coupons cannot be used.
Top-up rewards are credited to your wallet balance and can only be spent on orders; they cannot be withdrawn.
We may change or end any promotion at any time. If coupons or rewards are obtained through multiple accounts, self-invites or other abuse, their value may be deducted from your wallet balance, and we may also remove agent status or suspend your account.
Agent program
You can apply to become an agent in the workspace. Applications may be approved automatically or reviewed by us; we may approve or reject them at our discretion, and we may also grant agent status directly.
Active agents earn commission on the amount actually charged from the wallets of users they invited, at the agent's rate when the order is placed (shown in the agent area). Your rate may increase automatically as your settled commission grows. We may also change your rate; a new rate applies only to orders placed after the change.
Commission is earned only on orders your invited users place while you are an active agent. An invite link binds a user when they register, and you cannot invite yourself.
Active agents can withdraw commission subject to the minimum amount, fee and review described in the Refund Policy.
We may remove agent status at any time, including for self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, or other abuse. After agent status is removed you can no longer request new withdrawals, but your remaining commission can still be transferred to your balance for orders.
Prohibited use
You may not use KOCRelay to submit or promote content that:
is illegal, fraudulent or deceptive, including scams, fake giveaways, market manipulation or misleading financial or investment claims;
infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
is hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful;
contains malware, phishing links or links designed to take users' credentials or funds;
breaks the rules of the platform where it will be published.
You also may not try to identify or contact publishers to arrange work outside KOCRelay, interfere with the service or its security, or use it in violation of applicable sanctions or export laws.
Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us and the publishers who take your tasks a non-exclusive licence to store, copy, display, publish and distribute it as needed to deliver your order.
KOCRelay's name, logo, website and software belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Third-party platforms
KOCRelay is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Binance, Binance Square or X. Posts are published on those platforms under their own terms. Platforms may remove content, limit its reach or restrict accounts at any time, and we are not responsible for their decisions.
Payment providers, Google sign-in and crypto wallet apps are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
KOCRelay is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the results of published content or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or right that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend your account if we believe you have broken these Terms, the law or a platform's rules, or to protect KOCRelay, publishers or other users. While your account is suspended you cannot use the workspace.
Orders already in progress may continue to be delivered and settled.
You can stop using KOCRelay at any time. To ask us to delete your account, contact us as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use KOCRelay after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KOCRelay's operator is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
