What to include in your message.
Message us on Telegram with your account email or wallet address, or write from the email address linked to your KOCRelay account, then pick the topic that fits. The right details let us find your records without another round of questions.
An order or a post
Include the order number and the links of the posts you are asking about. Check the post status in your order first — many questions are answered there.
Delivery and review rulesRefunds and cancellations
Orders are settled per post and unused amounts return to your wallet balance. If a settlement still looks wrong after reading the refund rules, send the order number and the amount you expected.
Refund PolicyA top-up that hasn’t arrived
Send the top-up reference shown in your wallet, the payment method and amount, and for crypto payments the transaction hash and the network you used.

To access, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, write from the email address linked to your account (or include your wallet address if you only sign in with a wallet), so we can confirm the request comes from the publisher.

Terms of ServiceHow do I check the progress of my order?
Open the order in your workspace. Each post shows its stage, from the platform check and your review to the retention check, and posts waiting for you are highlighted. Orders have no fixed delivery time: progress depends on when publishers take the tasks.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?
No. Wallet balance can be spent on orders but cannot be withdrawn or refunded to the original payment method. Only active agents can withdraw commission, from a separate commission wallet.
A counted post disappeared later. What happens?
Once a post counts, we no longer monitor it. If it is later deleted, hidden or restricted by the publisher or the platform, it is not re-delivered or refunded. A post that disappears during the retention check, before it counts, goes back for another publisher at no cost to you.
Can I choose which accounts publish my posts?
No. You choose a package, and its account requirements decide who can take the tasks. Publishers are independent publishers, and you cannot choose a specific publisher or account.
Is KOCRelay part of Binance or X?
No. KOCRelay is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Binance, Binance Square or X.
I can’t sign in. What should I do?
If you use email, reset your password on the sign-in page with a 6-digit code sent to your inbox. If that does not work, write to us from the email address linked to your account, or include your wallet address if you only sign in with a wallet.
Do you have an agent program?
Yes. Active agents earn commission on orders from the buyers they invite. The About page explains how it works, and you can apply in the workspace.
