Is KOCRelay safe?
Yes, within clear limits. You pay from a prepaid wallet: the order amount is held when you order, and each post is charged after it has passed a platform check, review and a 7-day retention check. We never ask for your Binance or X password, seed phrase or private keys.
01 · YOUR MONEY
How is my money handled?
KOCRelay runs on a prepaid wallet, so nothing is charged without an order you placed yourself.
Top up first, then pay for orders from your balance. There is no subscription and no automatic charge.
You can top up with Binance Pay, Cryptomus, or TON.
When you order, the order amount is held from your wallet balance; it is settled per post when the order ends.
A post is charged once it has passed review and the retention check. Posts turned down at any step, or deleted during the retention check, are not charged.
One exception: if our team ends an order after confirming its posts were delivered, it may be closed as completed and charged in full.
Unused amounts return to your wallet balance, never to the original payment method. The balance can be spent on orders but cannot be withdrawn.
Top-ups are processed by payment providers or sent from your own wallet; we never receive your full card number.
02 · YOUR ACCOUNT
How is my account protected?
You sign in to KOCRelay only. Your social media accounts stay out of it.
Sign in with Google, with your email and password, or with a crypto wallet. Email sign-up and password resets use a 6-digit code.
Wallet sign-in asks you to sign a message. Signing is not a payment and moves no funds.
We never ask for your Binance or X password, and never for a seed phrase or private keys.
Email sign-in is protected by a human check, and only a one-way hash of your password is stored.
Forgot your password? Reset it on the sign-in page with a code sent to your email.
We do not sell your data. The Privacy Policy lists what we collect and why.
03 · YOUR POSTS
How are posts checked before they count?
Every post goes through the same steps, and you can follow each one in your order.
Conditions
Only accounts that meet your conditions can take a post: follower tier, account age, country, language and, on X, verification, as the package allows. Each person takes at most one post per order.
Platform check
The post link and screenshot are checked against your copy and conditions; clear mismatches are sent back.
Your review
You approve or reject each post within 24 hours. If you do nothing, it is approved automatically. If you reject it, our team re-reviews it and makes the final call.
Retention check
An approved post stays under a 7-day retention check. A post deleted in that time does not count and goes back for another publisher. Once a post counts, we no longer monitor it.
04 · DISCLOSURE
Do sponsored posts need a disclosure?
Often, yes, depending on where your readers are. Posts are published exactly as you supply them, so any disclosure has to be in your copy.
KOCRelay does not add a disclosure to your posts or check whether one is needed; writing it in is your responsibility.
Common forms are a short tag such as #ad or #sponsored, or a line such as “Sponsored by [your project]”. Use the form your market expects.
Crypto promotions can fall under securities, advertising or financial promotion rules in some places. We do not give legal advice, so check the rules where your readers are.
05 · ACCOUNT RISK
Can sponsored posting get an account banned?
Your own social media accounts are never used: posts go out from the publishers’ accounts, and you never share a login with us.
Publishers’ accounts follow each platform’s own rules. KOCRelay is not affiliated with Binance or X and cannot control what a platform does with an account or a post.
Posts that break a platform’s rules can be removed by the platform. Keep claims accurate and avoid the content our Terms of Service do not allow.
Identical text across many accounts may be flagged as spam, so vary the wording between posts.
06 · WHAT CAN GO WRONG
What can go wrong, and what happens next

What KOCRelay does not do
We do not guarantee views, reach, engagement or sales.
We do not sell likes, followers or other fake engagement.
You cannot pick individual accounts; you set conditions instead.
We do not rewrite your copy or check it for accuracy or legality.
Copy cannot be edited once the order is placed.
We do not give legal or regulatory advice.
08 · REPORT
Report a security issue
Found a vulnerability, or something suspicious on your account? Email us with the subject line “[Security] short description”. We reply to security reports within 48 hours.
Our only official Telegram accounts are @KOCRelay for support and @KOCrelay_Hub for announcements, and our official social profiles are the ones linked in the site footer. Other accounts using the KOCRelay name are not us.
